New London's Leadership turned off its brains, reached for the opium, and completely shat the bed, but that's no cause to let the trodden masses suffer. Help I don't know if it's fundamental optimism towards human nature, or just me being a sucker, but I feel that helping New London (and kicking out the idiots responsible for the city's current condition) is the right call.
