Not a bad boss story but the most exciting one I got. Years ago I worked on a crew for a small time construction contractor. This new hire kid was refusing to work because he wouldn't take orders from the black foreman. Our manager was on site and came over to resolve the situation. With a completely straight face he ordered the foreman to beat the guy to death with a shovel and for us to use the excavator to bury him in the ditch. After we all just stood around for a minute he sighed and told the guy he was fired and to start walking. I just realized this was over 30 yrs ago gently caress
