Byron "Low Tax" Looper was a Democratic turned Republican politician in Tennessee who was convicted of murder for the assassination of his political opponent. While serving as the Putnam County Tax Assessor in 1997, Richard Kyanka applied for a job as his intern, although he didn't get it.
So I would say his politics were to destroy your enemies and not to employ nerds.

Looper was found dead in his prison cell on June 26, 2013. Nearly two hours before Looper was found, a prison incident report shows he assaulted a pregnant female counselor and had to be restrained.[27] An autopsy revealed he had a heart condition caused by a combination of high blood pressure and hardening arteries; he also had a toxic level of anti-depressants in his system.

i like it, however, "one man shows" are notoriously hard to sell... for good reason: they usually suck poo poo and are done just to save money for a more expensive show hogging up the season budget. a two-hander is much easier to sell, and i think the opening scene, the two men sitting across from each other in liminal space, could be interesting, theatrically. plus then you get to have someone to act against, which helps a lot. a one person show thats not a comedy special, well, i dont like them. and ive seen a lot of them. and produced a lot of them. a LOT.

'Negrotown' came from a Key and Peele skit and was the name of a thread in D&D where the D&D mods sequestered all 'race related' topics. I don't know for certain but I think the thread name was probably chosen by the thread regulars, which included such luminaries as Koalas March, negromancer, and Tiny Brontosaurus.

The actual name of the race subforum Lowtax made was 'The Great Race Space'

This is revisionism. I dont know the origins of the name and Ill concede that it came from thread regulars and not the taxman himself, but that was absolute the title of that subforum for a few hours while people looked on asking wtf dude
