Not a bad show by any means but a pretty significant step down from yesterday - hamstrung by the quiet crowd, weak finishes and odd card construction.

Yeah it's one of those shows where nothing was actively bad (EVIL excepted) but I doubt I'll remember anything other than TJP's surprisingly good commentary when the tour ends

AEW letting Lio go was one of their biggest blunders IMO. Second only to giving him a stock trader gimmick? What the gently caress? Dude is awesome. I liked how he's small enough that Taguchi could sort of play the hoss and obliterate him with a clothesline in their match

Oh, was it? Well then nevermind, I'm not going to say it was bad of AEW to let someone go if they wanted out because Tony made a spectacularly bad tweet. It seems like a weird deal to make, asking someone to tweet about how they're looking forward to working with Tony just before getting released, but he did delete the tweet so it may have been a bit disingenuous.
