Now with less breakage.

Looks like there's a bit in everything - 100g of potatoes is half a gram of potassium, 100g dark chocolate is about the same, 100g boiled ham is almost 1g per 100, dried fruit and nuts are 0.5-1g per 100g, nuts and seeds have 0.5-1g per 100, and so on. You only need 3-3.5g per day, so it looks like it adds up reasonably well.
