See, in a lot of countries you can just buy it over the counter from the vetinary supply. Now it's in liquid form so you'll have to dry it out on a baking tray to let it crystallise before you scrape it up into a powder. Now, this stuff is 100% at this point so even a little tiny bump and you're good for 20-25 minutes. In my experience a 150ml bottle will be enough for 5-6 people over one birthday weekend in an abandoned backpacker hotel.
