I've noticed I've not been eating much fresh vegetables lately with the price of things. I eat frozen and take a multivitamin, along with protein supplements and tinned fish. Eating mostly carbs since they're the cheapest. When I can afford steak again, I'll allow myself some chicken. Smoke 2 joints in the morning, and I smoke 2 joints at night
