Hey OP, are you doing therapy or did therapy when you were inside? You seem to have a pretty level head now, but I'm wondering this because it will only help you in the long run.

If we are recommending chefs on youtube i recommend https://www.youtube.com/@ChefJeanPierre. He makes a lot of simple to complex recipes but his videos are always worth a watch because he actually explains why he's doing the thing hes doing.
