Loving this thread, hope you're enjoying your holiday weekend! Seconding all the people who mentioned pro wrestling - it's in a great place now in terms of exciting and unique in-ring product though it's much less culturally relevant than it was in the 80s or 90s. Definitely check out AEW Dynamite on TBS on Wednesdays! It has spectacular action and a cool old school presentation, compared to WWE (what WWF changed their name to after a lawsuit from the World Wildlife Fund) and their overproduced glitz and glamor. Lots of video screens. The cool thing is that wrestling is more accessible than ever and with the Peacock app you can watch old WWF from back in the day with a push of a button. Wrestling has become much more of an athletic showcase but you'll always have colorful characters. Got any ideas for cat names, or is it the case of the shelter picking the name out?

Arcades are either basically kid casino fun zones (which are ok but limiting) or more specialized ones with Japanese games (which kick rear end - see if a Round1 is near you!). As said, more old school games are usually found in bars or you can buy miniature ones at Walmart and similar which are pretty fun too. Enjoy the D&D movie! I thought it was great and would love to know about your theater experience.

harveys zoo zoos posted:tell me what kind of zoo zoos do you like to get at the movies Glad you enjoyed the movie! Ever since a theater opened near me with those recliner seats I've been going a lot more. And I'm simple - give me popcorn, a large Coke Zero, and some Milk Duds. Sometimes nachos if I have a craving for cheapo gas station chips.

Congrats Harvey! Star Wars got big again in waves, and while I like certain newer movies the quality is... inconsistent. Disney bought the franchise and the shows are really big right now, especially The Mandalorian. Baby Yoda was a big cultural thing. Some people are super into the franchise. I'm not really one of them.

Miss Priss is so cute! Glad to hear things are going well. As for modern cars, they even surprise me. I use things 'til they fall apart and I've been rocking my 2009 Dodge Calibre for a long time and want to believe it'll last forever. I get that new cars have touchscreens and cameras and such but they're all too much for me. I like the chunky nature of my ride even if I know some of the amenities are useful and I'm sure mileage is superior nowadays. I always seem to end up in super clean, new cars when I take an Uber and it feels weird.
