Two things: First the thread title had me thinking you had a sexy goth themed Mexican food truck. I can't be the only one. Second, you clearly hate this thing, and It'll never live up to your expectations. What you should be doing is selling it to someone looking for an offroader. If you're only wanting to use it to take toad trips and don't go off road, then you really should be looking at luxury SUVs if you like the seating height. You should probably do some good thinking and figure out what exactly you need from a vehicle and work forward from there, than trying to fit a square peg into a round hole like with your Tacoma. A Porsche Cayenne would probably be a good fit, bonus points for one equipped with the pneumatic suspension.

Wait, what's the difference between #vanlife sleeping arrangements and #overlanding sleeping arrangements? Best way forward still seems to be to sell the truck to an Instagram influencer, and embrace that plush American van life.
