Because I am worried these questions will come across the wrong way, let me say first 1. I like the idea. 2. I just donated. How do you determine who gets money? The form to request it didn't specify the reason for the need, though there is an optional comment field. I know this puts the people managing the fund in a tough position, but is it just first come first serve? Is someone doing triage? Is it a group? How does it work? Edit: I flipped through the constitution on the cspam page. Looks like the committee members decide and vote, which seems reasonable enough.
