Zenni and other online retailers are hit and miss for accuracy. If you don't have a complicated prescription, they're probably fine, but if you need something like prisms that need precise placement, I wouldn't use them. They're good for backup glasses, though. My best tip for saving money on glasses is to have new lenses put in old frames. I have a pair of prescription sunglasses that I've had for 8 years and I've updated the lenses three times.
