We all know the best way to get people engaged is to make them angry, so here we are, surrounded by clickbait articles all across the internet about how oh-so dreadful this show is. Impressionable people see all this and are manipulated into thinking other people will for sure give a poo poo about this Thing, so they spread it unprovoked and then misinterpret agreement as other people giving a poo poo about something they have to say - instead of it actually being everyone's lizard brain urge to gather together with pitchforks alongside other angry people Hey, it worked for Trump and that Scooby Doo thing

I was just at a hs graduation party for a cousin and that entire side of family were telling me it was the best thing they’ve ever seen on tv. They are a bunch of Christian fundamentalists and they convinced me to never watch it
