apparently the availability is so far out because manufacturing has been an insanely difficult challenge due to the fragile curved laminated glass and the way it all has to be fitted together because of the aesthetic design. the curved circuit boards are apparently tough as well but it’s the ridiculous external facing glass panel display that’s really loving things up when they dump the stupid bullshit design and put the tech in something less stupid looking at half the price it’ll take off as a replacement to ipads for content consumption
