I thought I might try another android tablet because a 128 GB Samsung S6 Lite was on sale at Bestbuy for $330.00. I tried it for one day and then returned it, fully charged and with the latest OS update. Holy poo poo, it is not a good tablet. Compared to an entry level iPad it is slow and janky. Android as an OS pisses me off because it has always feels like the IT department at work; we'll get around to servicing your request. An entry level iPad loving responds when I want it too. And then there are the apps; if you want to use an Android tablet for drawing or producing music, good loving luck finding a decent app. Apple is absolutely the cream of the crop for good apps for creatives. tldr: Samsung tablets are still poo poo compared to iPads.

Most apps on the app store are still a one time payment unless you need something high end like a CAD program. Of course, streaming services are a subscription, but isn't that the nature of the beast?
