All of the NHL equivalency models I’ve looked at put Michkov in the same tier as Bedard. Is this fair? Is there any reason to believe the models are wrong on Michkov? Because if he’s as good as the models say I think Washington needs to do everything they can to trade up for him. Or better yet just have teams 3-7 be morons and pass on him.

Tell me why Ryan Leonard is a good pick. The draft experts like the pick a lot but I’m reading way too much about how his compete level is his defining characteristic and that makes me a little nervous.
