even though it's super wordy and drawn out and filled with loads of nameless mooks i really love the current manga arc. Everything feels so loving dangerous, even more so than the chimera ant arc. Also love how Togashi has just given in and made straight up stand abilities with nen, complete with names that are music references.

The ending makes me nostalgic for the first arcs and I start thinking about another rewatch. I think I've seen the whole thing 7 times now. I bought all the Blu-Ray.

I watched all of HxH in a single unemployed summer but the pace I was watching Chimera Ants arc at was truly unbelievable. I think I peaked at 12 hours in one day.
