The Yankees have 2 guys in the lineup with an OBP over 320. You're painting a very optimistic picture of what the offense is. Even with Judge it's middle of the league at best.

Not sure why you think this. He was a highly effective starter last year. I really don't think it has anything to do with starter vs reliever. If he's pitching like this he won't get anyone out in any role.

I don't think his ability to stay healthy is a bullpen vs starter thing. He's just very injury prone.

Well you can't really do the same thing with the Yankees because Rodon hasn't pitched and Cole has been good. I'm talking about their 6 highest paid hitters which gets you to 5.5WAR so far which includes Judge's 2.8 through 49 games. Without him it's 3 WAR total from 5 players making ~100 million this year.
