I like the distractions but I basically have 3 things going on per day for the last couple of days and it feels a bit much. I know part of that's on me for rushing the campaign, but one day of just chill fishing would be nice

Is there much of a bonus for upgrading your employees past a few levels? I feel like the last couple of nights, the only thing I needed to do was clear dishes and grind wasabi, the crew handled everything else way faster.
