nice obelisk idiot posted:I was kinda thinking in the opposite way because Rubber Soul and Revolver are THE Beatles albums for people with Music Opinions right now. So I'll say Let It Be. Billy Preston and Ringo carry it and George can actually kinda play guitar a bit by then. There are some definite skips on there though like Let It Be/The Long and Winding Road I'm still gonna back up Rubber Soul as my fave, and just enjoy the recognition it's getting now. It's a nice halfway point in the evolution between their early and later work.
