all my machines are over a decade old, but this one has 64 and another one has 128.

32 is probably adequate, but i saw a big difference from 16 to 64.

32 but my motherboard is a pile of poo poo so I haven't managed to get it to run at the full DDR5-6000 yet

might do a bios update this weekend and see if I can make it work right

on my older configuration I bought some ali express ram, and had to underclock it to get it to POST at all lol

Here’s a fun ram story: I have a pretty clear memory of playing Oregon trail on our 386 and it would always freeze when you got about mid way cross the continent. We upgraded to something like 8mb of ram and that let me play the full game :c00l:
