He's not out of the rotation - it's just a way to get him a spot with relatively normal rest while keeping the rest of the rotation in-tact. There's an off day tomorrow.

I think it's actually a smart idea by Dusty - you knew Urquidy was going to be limited today so you leveraged France.

Yeah this is my only real complaint. His announcing is generally fine he just has not at all gotten into the spirit of being a Cubs homer and it really kills the vibe of some of his calls. Thankfully we still have Pat Hughes.
