Checked the article. All it is is that if you look her up on the BoP website, her "estimated release" date is about two years less than you would think. Coincidentally, it lines up perfectly with what you get for her release date if you assume she behaves herself between now and then, because you get time off your sentence for good behavior and there's an official chart for that kind of thing. It also turns out that assuming good behavior in the estimated release date is BoP policy. So, if you ask me, that headline isn't even "misleading", it's just factually wrong.
