How can you be cool without a 180x180 image next to your words? If you have a Stupid Newbie Avatar or your avatar is blank, post in this thread. Other posters will draw you something of their choosing. Up to the Artists what they want to provide. In the past people have used usernames as a starting point for the avatar idea, sometimes the Newbie will put a few words about things they think are cool in their post, and sometimes someone just draws a frog every time and we become a frog forum. The choice on what to draw is up to the artist. I then set that picture as your new avatar for free because I've not pressed my admin buttons enough lately and I'm told regular use of buttons keeps them in tip top shape. Normal avatar rules apply: "Must be smaller than 180x180 pixels and no larger than 150kB. Only GIF, PNG, and JPG images are allowed. Images should be 'work-safe'." Creators can be as simple as MSPaint or opening the notebook next to your desk, doodling something and taking a picture with your 1996 webcam, or impressive effort with whatever program people use to draw things. Photoshop? Gimp? I have no idea. Make it creative and fun. I reserve the right to pick ones I like more or the thread thinks is cooler than just first dibs. I also reserve the right to give you your own creation if it's so bad everyone is amazed. Oh poo poo if it's a Grey Cat avi, how can you go wrong? Loved your mspaint tips thread and always like seeing you in the Trump lols thread as well! As far as an idea for one, some of my favorite games seem to involve Traumatized Space Weirdos (Metroid, Dead Space, Doom) and I usually end up picking an avatar with something from one of those game series. A morph ball, the USG Ishimura, Doomguy himself, really anything from them would be amazing (regardless of who makes it). But if that's too much pickiness I'm fine with basically anything.
