ghb is super safe, it's a neurotransmitter your body makes so you already have the enzymes to break it down directly into water and carbon dioxide, unless you take enough that you stop breathing, or get addicted so that you have a seizure when you stop, or you quit and then take a dose that you used to be able to handle and then overdose and stop breathing. but why worry about that when you could just drink a refreshing marley's mellow mood

So after googling it seems like this is 1,3-Butanediol. Which I didn't think gets you drunk or high. 1,4-Butanediol on the other hand would probably get you where you need to be.
