I'm a very casual NFL fan these days so I mostly see prime time games (I work Sunday days) and do I just have an uncanny ability to choose hilarious weeks to tune in or is every prime time game a goddamn disaster somehow? Like even setting aside TNF which is practically by design.

is there a longstanding controversy about this turf? I haven't followed stadium dramas

Hell there's controversy about the varieties of turf/fake grass from what I remember. Aren't there like four types of field in the NFL right now?

Athletes are uneducated clowns to a great extent but they are also the most in-tune-with-their-bodies people in the world to an extent that's not even imaginable to me so when a bunch all complain about a certain comfort/safety thing I believe them

Wouldn't an NFL team have a disproportionately high number of college graduates?

Well, sure, but usually no one ever asks about classes, just degree or no degree. By that common demographic standard, a football team would have a extremely high number of college graduates relative to the rest of the US.

I'm not being dense--most people who graduate from college, athlete or otherwise, don't know much of anything.

Yeah no worries I did admittedly shake my head like "Yeahhhhh good point" lol

It's crazy to me that 3 interceptions caught in a game isn't the record, by interception 4 you should be ashamed of yourself
