Going to be pretty rare for the vast majority of iPhone buyers. This is a manufactured demand. But that doesn't mean folks won't snap it up.

There a geographical reasons why some places don't have cell signal that aren't particularly remote. The road into Estes Park just got cellphone coverage this year.
