Having worked for a company owned by the Carlyle Group this new owner has got to be an improvement. Carlyle did a bunch of scum fuckery and ruined the company I worked for and caused massive brain drain.

Yeah in general if the gound item tiner is up that item is now yours. Sometimes Ironmen do weird things so if you're feeling nice check to see if they are one.
