OK I've been trying to do some budget work.

The dusty 3rd floor office downtown near the docks costs 3600 a month.

Gracie costs 4K a month.

Booze and smoke budget is 4K

Miscellaneous other stuff is at least 4K .

So we need to bring in a lot more each month,
