You can do normal massage, trigger point stuff, or get leverage on your back and sort of pry your rib cage, shoulder blades, hips etc around. It's great. Mine has a sort of semi-sharp edge and I scrape my legs and obliques with it

That sounds rad but I'm pretty sure I'd cripple myself with it.
