Goodbye schad thread. Now that's it's gone from GBS I will rarely see it and therefore not contribute often.

It was a good 4 year run.

I hadn't even noticed TBH, I just bookmarked it and carried on about my day. Will be a bit crap if everyone stops posting though.

Yeah that was a good video, I don't usually like that guys videos because they're all the same, but this one went places and ended with a massive bigot getting arrested.

Yeah something like half the Bandcamp staff were laid off, including all the people involved in setting up their union.

Why is it called a cybertruck if it doesn't really have truck-like features? Specifically a bed. Doesn't a truck have to have a bed? Otherwise it's just a car, isn't it?

e: though in jailhouse vernacular, that definitely is a truck.

It has a bed. Its tiny and useless.

Also the guy is on video saying many times over many years that all admin fees would be handled by the people themselves and that every single cent would go to the charity. He was also recorded saying several times that the charity wa the biggest sponsor of someone, even though that was obviously a total lie as they'd never donated anything to anyone.

In school I put the clip of my pen on a 9V battery and then stuck it on a mate's face.

He had a Parker arrow on his face for months. No I don't know what the gently caress was wrong with me either.

I caught my 5 year old trying to get toast out of the toaster with a knife the other day and showed her one of this guy's videos to demonstrate why you don't do that.

My girlfriend was trying to use a knife to get crumbs out of an unplugged toaster a few years ago because she didn't know that crumb trays on toasters were a thing.

I grew up watching this movie, and was well into my 30s before my brother informed me that Mongo Santamaria was a popular jazz musician and not something uttered by a random Mexican dude in Blazing Saddles.

I watched the hell out of a VHS copy of Blazing Saddles recorded off the TV when I was a kid. I'm 39 a few weeks. This is the first I'm hearing this too.

That's exactly the same video cropped differenty? Does your longer video go to a different school or something?

You see her spray the window, then you see the driver roll the window down. The window was closed when she washed it so I'm not sure why you have a completely different reading on the situation than everyone else in the world.

Again if you have the longer video that shows what you said then I'd love to see it.

As ever the schad is coming from the thread.

This happens all the time, my partner often sees people on local Facebook groups saying they've found a card and if anyone knows who it belongs to.
