It's like that rule that if a newspaper headline is a question, the answer is always no. If a video gets cut at the most interesting part, there's a 100% chance it gets boring afterwards. Either the camera gets dropped so the cameraperson can help/take shelter, the person in the video defuses the situation, they move out of frame, or they're lying on the ground unconscious or in pain (but not dead because then the video wouldn't be in this thread).
