It's kinda sad to realize how much the tweener players have to deal with but then I checked his capfriendly page and saw he made over 12 million dollars in those few years and it certainly takes away the sting, I think

Good thing hockey players don't start being abused until they make big boy salaries in the NHL

I still hate the NHL too much to watch but I do enjoy reading about it. Babcock, what a cad.

Looking at the nhl scores site now, and it looks very pretty and modern, but it looks like they accidentally forgot to include the stats? Like 70% of the page is the list of penalties, with the score and scorers scrunched up in the sidebar, and that's all the information there is.

I could be wrong on this but I don’t believe they post the stats on preseason games that aren’t in NHL arenas.

Seems to be all games. Makes sense if it's a preseason thing, but a bit odd they'd have the play-by-play but not any aggregated stats, or even rosters for the teams playing.

A 50% chance of making the playoffs means a 10% chance of making the playoffs and a 90% chance of going all-in at the deadline.

I dunno if Kuzmenko picked it up late last season but the eye test showed he was benefitting a lot from Pettersson. I mean, sure, getting open down low and being a target is a skill, I just have my doubts that he's the #2 driver on the team. Then again, looking at the rest of the lineup, maybe he is.
