Got both ends done at once, being 45 and never checked it was time, according to my doctor. The day before stuff I had to drink was very entertaining as I had never tubgirled out my arse that much without being very sick. This was mud, then water getting cleaner over 18 hours. The twilight meds helped me forget the whole procedure, and when I woke up the cameraman gave me a big smile and said "Clean as whistle mate, get outta here." Intense relief, do it if you can. You're probably fine.
