the moment I thought that maybe mainstream news media wasn't all it was cracked up to be was when they kept using that very unflattering photograph of Monica Lewinsky. It was extremely gross, they may as well have sketched a mustache on her, and put stink lines all around her with the word "STINKY!" above her head. Totally tried to make her out to be some sort of joke.
