I was just watching a bunch of Vincent Price movies on the Svengoolie show the other week and watched both Dr. Phibes movies and lol this is good! Maybe the best kill in the movie!

Nice! My wife and I recently watched this for the first time, and while it suffers from old-movie-stuff.txt I can see why it stuck in people's heads. Realized the old cryptkeeper looking guy is a freak tho since the missing chick luring dudes to the cemetery turns out to actually be the cryptkeeper looking guy wrapped in illusion or whatever, which means he's getting a little something for himself in the process because the chick doesn't just lure a guy, she lures them, they get their freak on, THEN he gets whacked.

I’m sure The Cabin in the Woods took its inspiration from The Abominable Dr. Phibes because the camera shots are alike
