I'm pretty sure that's also a yellow sac spider except yours is more brown. I'm not a spider expert but you can tell species most easily by the way their legs are pointing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheiracanthium If it tried to jump on you it means it's guarding an eggsack somewhere nearby. Also kind of confirms it's a yellow sac spider since they're pretty much the only aggressive house spider.

ok update i guess. the spider rappelled down from the cieling right in front of me and i was able to capture it. id like to believe it was the same spider but this probably just means we have tons of them in the house. i set them free in the garden.
