Jorge Masvidal killed it for me because unlike a lot of other cases of favoured fighters and favourable match ups objectively Jorge is the definition of midtier and possibly lower. If he was where he belonged, let's say Matt Brown or Neil Magny then whatever but between his utterly repulsive personality and pushed to not just main event several cards but also to challenge for titles holding up the queue it made me genuinely crossover from this isn't as good as it was to this is an absolute farce.

Even the perpetual Conor push I don't hate because despite what he became the man was a two division champion and an incredible kickboxer who had Anderson comparisons that were genuine, albeit never defended those belts because lolstupidbooking, and his performance against Eddie Alvarez is one of the best performances in MMA history. Jorge has nothing in his career. N o t h I n g.

Also my favourite MMA trivia is in every common opponent Frank Mir and Big Nog had Mir beat them so much worse than Nog did and when they did meet Mir brutalised Big Nog.
