I sincerely hate the "everybody roidy" sound of the Funi dub. Ocean's scripts sucked, but the VAs were fantastic at giving their characters unique flavor. Vegata's clippy snark and Piccolo's distantly annoyed growling were standouts, and then it all got lost to ragey rar rar VAing.

When they first switched from Ocean to Funi on American TV, my nephew mournfully yelled out, "Krillin sounds like GUMBY!"
