Listen my eyeballs are telling me Stroud is a fantastic pocket passer with great accuracy, vision and command. But my eyes also tell me he has hair twists so it's for this reason when you type in CJ Stroud into a google search bar it autocompletes with "What was CJ Stroud's GPA"

Maybe for how these things are charted he's really good at the stunts they like to run and ends up getting counted as doubled when the tackle doesn't realize what is happening? He's a solid player. Out of Michigan and kicked rear end at Central before transferring to U of M where he was okay but a lot of the "all 22" dudes mention him a lot as being an important piece.

So he's still hosed long-term as long as he's on the Colts or like, half the rest of the league if he goes elsewhere, but it's at least less to do with how he himself plays and more to do with keeping him from getting hit while he tries
