In on the ground floor for this one. This looks like an awesome project. I will be zero help on the rear window; but I think cursedshitbox should be able to chime in on this one and offer some advice on removal/replacement.

I am totally on board with your purchase - can you tell me how you ended up with this platform? Were you cross shopping or did you have a specific use case in mind? (pop top only, japanese van in general, gas engine only etc)
