Again, the numbers are significantly lower than before. An almost two-thirds reduction in violent crime arrests of juveniles compared to 15 years ago, and around 75% reduction compared to 25 years ago. You are giving examples of extreme outliers. There are adult psychopaths, too. Not everyone is one. Please respond to the actual statistics that I posted after the OP, rather than things you have heard about that make you feel bad/scared.
