Coaching? Hell nah. GM? Hell yeah!

GM would be tedious. You gotta call all these people and worry about cap numbers and go to all these meetings. No way.

You hire someone to do that then tell them who you want and let them worry about how to make it happen

Steichen deserves to be in the COTY discussion. He has largely the same team as last year with a worse defense and the only real change has been having Richardson for a few games then Minshew for the rest.

He doesn't have much left in the tank unfortunately. So Eagles fans shouldn't expect much from him.

What happened exactly? The guy is a 3 time All-Pro with only 5 years in the league. Injury or just can't play?

Just a shitload of injuries that he hasn't been able to fully recover from. The worst have been the back surgeries. He doesn't have the speed or agility that he used to have. So he's become a slow ILB that can't really do anything but tackle someone that comes right at him. He's a liability in coverage now and can't hit the gaps like he used to. Like when you see him run, he runs like an old man. It sucks.

I love the guy and the will is there. He just hasn't been able to come to terms with the fact that his body can't do what he wants it to do.
