PFL doesn't allow elbows. Reason being with their season format elbows are more likely to cut someone and prevent them from taking the next fight Now, the elbows to the body they guy landed should be legal.

The reason is the seasons as I said. They don't want two different rulesets so it's just a blanket rule.

Rizin card was pretty good. Very long. 9 hours long Also, Conor did in fact make an announcement for his return. Will be against Chandler (shocking) at 185lbs on the June card for International Fight Week. Think that would be UFC 302.
