Christmas trees are so strange. We put a big rear end tree or a something symbolic of a big rear end tree up in our houses with no intention of keeping them alive past the holidays. We love them, dress them up all fancy and hide brightly colored boxes beneath them to give to our loved ones. Then Christmas rolls around, we do the whole ritual, and after a certain number of days it's "okay you've been great but we gotta do new years soon so" and you find a whole bunch of Christmas trees left out on the curb for the garbageman to dispose of. What do the Christmas trees think of this? Surely they'd rather stay in the forest than journey to the cities. Do Christmas trees even celebrate Christmas
