Based on someone's recommendation here (apologies for forgetting who at the moment), we started Davey and Jonesie's Locker last night. It was light, silly, and charming, making the most of its low budget. I bought the codependent female friendship more than the recent R-rated movie Bottoms, and I liked how unapologetically weird the two heroines are. I just can't tell if it is supposed to be more of a kids' show (I was too old to have ever watched Nickelodeon or Disney Channel shows) or an Adult Swim-style stoner show.
