I just popped in a movie and saw a credit for a William Baldwin.

It’s like I just keep discovering new baldwins. It never ends.

there was an attempt to make him famous like alec in the early 90's. he was in flatliners, then backdraft, then sliver (which was poo poo, but it was sharon stone's first movie after basic instinct so it got a lot of attention). it didn't stick and he just became one of the baldwins after that.

You know as bad as this topic gets at times (looking at you person who posted jay/mike hentai) it's still much better than average at media literacy. Folks, it's loving dire out there. I wonder how much of it's a consequence of gutting english departments at public schools and how much is the internet just blasting misinformation 24/7 and if one idiot with a huge following gets ahold of the mic, suddenly walter white isn't a consummate anti-hero?

probably the #1 thing is everyone's attention spans have been destroyed by having the internet on your phone, with you at all times. people just can't concentrate on one thing long enough to give it much thought.

Back to the Future, Explorers, Weird Science, Real Genius, and My Science Project all came out in the span of 5 weeks. My Science Project was the last of them to be released and probably got buried in that wake, but I remember watching it a couple times in the 80's.
