whoopsie i overslept a bit support ashe is still such a funny anomaly to me: it's become an SR staple after being imported from ARAM, and now it's literally impossible to play in ARAM because she's got one of the only fully new versions of an ability on the map (re: W has a base 18s CD at all ranks)
