Many Logitech mice have a lifetime warranty. If you contact them and give them the numbers on the bottom they may send you a new one for free.

Not 100% sure about that. I had one break years ago and I just called their phone number and they sent a new one out. I just read the numbers on the back of the mouse. Nothing else was needed.
