I am eternally sad I came to be a warhammer fan too late to get the expansions to blackstone fortress. Anyway the closest thing in comparison to TOW is HH which is going strong even though it was resin only for like 10 years.

Changed from setting an enemy unit's BS or WS to 1, to a simple -1BS/WS. oh sorry I misrembered. It was that the murderous rule only applied to units using 1 hand and not 2, but witch elves only come with two so they can't use the rule. Looking at the PDF they did not fix it at all.
